Basic Rental Fee
- $550 to $700 for 1 - 4 hours after business hours (price determined based on type & size of event / special rates available for fellow non-profits) / $100 per hour additional hours
- $1000 for 1 - 4 hours during business hours / $125 per hour additional hours
- $250 event deposit due one week after booking event
- $200 damage deposit held on credit card until day after event
Regular business hours are Wed - Sat, 11am - 6 pm There is no charge for time spent setting up the event. Set up time must be arranged with the gallery one week prior to event.

Event Restrictions/Requirements
- A meeting with the gallery private event coordinator at least one month prior to your event is required to go over event details. We recommend that your caterer attend this meeting too.
- No Charging for drinks or drink tickets
- No Kegs
- No Jell-O Shots
- Cocktail menu must be approved by the gallery prior to your event
- No BYOB for private events
- If you are concerned about covering the cost of beverages we recommend taking up a collection before the event or charging a price at the door if your event is a fundraiser
- Ice, Beverages and Food must arrive at least 2 hours before event start time
- No Karaoke
- Live and recorded music are welcome, however, volume levels should be reasonable
- Remember your event is in an art gallery and therefore should be elegant not raucous
- No smoking indoors or in the back courtyard
- No running or boisterous dancing indoors
- You may not use pieces on display in the gallery to serve food
- If children attend your event, they must be supervised at all times - they may not climb the stairs, go into the loft, go behind the desk or bar or go into the storage closet unless accompanied by an adult
- You must have at least one "designated host". That is, one host who will drink responsibly until the end of the event.
- Be sure to arrange for any Monday pick-ups after your event by giving the pick-up person the gallery's contact information. The gallery is closed SUN - TUE so pick-ups must be arranged ahead of time.
Bar Stocking Tips
You will need to provide for your guests: cups (avoid plastic cups that require assemblage), beverage napkins, stirrers, ice, water, soft drinks, mixers, etc. If children are attending remember to provide juice for them.
