BIRMINGHAM BIENNIAL 3 Bare Hands is honored to partner with Amanda Schedler Fine Art in presenting the Birmingham Biennial 3 (BB3) April 9 through May 22, 2010. This contemporary art competition which Amanda created is an excellent opportunity for Alabama artists and a perfect fit with Bare Hands' mission. We are also extremely pleased to announce the juror for BB3...Dan Cameron - visual arts director Contemporary Arts Center, New Orleans; curator of Prospect 1 New Orleans, the largest biennial exhibition ever staged in the US; former chief curator of the New Museum of Contemporary Art, NY. Works exhibited in BB3 will comment on race. Selected artists will be announced February 16. Donate to Bare Hands Anytime!
